It's amazing the amount of work required to get it to this stage.

The foundation walls are poured

We are using #foxblocks_icf. These are Insulated Concrete Forms that offer massive energy savings.

In one image, you will see the siding stripped off the house before the house is demolished. Due to the age of the home, we are required to test for asbestos. In this case, it was positive so the siding must be professionally removed.

In the last photo, you'll see the existing house before any work was started.
