Design
Having clarified design, style, budget and size, we take the ideas and inspiration from our initial meeting and transform them into a design which reflects you and your ideal home. From the first sketch to the final plan we refine and tweak the design until it completely reflects your desires. Once the design is finalized, we prepare the working drawings and submit them for a permit. The transition from paper to reality begins!

There are a lot of fixtures and finishes to consider. We work with you every step of the way assisting you in the decision-making process. We bring our in-depth experience in interior design and home building to help ensure every element blends together into a cohesive whole. Selection meetings are arranged to suit your busy schedule. Together with our trusted and experienced suppliers, we work within your budget and style to achieve the desired outcome.

Build
This is when you see your dreams take shape. We take on a hands-on approach and are involved at every step of the build to make sure the process reflects what we started with on paper. Working with our trades, we don’t miss a detail. We pay attention, from the smallest design details to the largest architectural decision we are there. During the build, we go over each stage with you – giving you updates on what’s been accomplished and what is in store for the upcoming days. We are always available to meet and are just an email or a phone call away.
Move-In
The design is finalized, the selections are made and your new home is built. This is the final step, what you’ve been dreaming of since the first meeting. Just as we’ve partnered with you throughout the design and build, we make sure everything goes smoothly on move-in day. We are there to help you understand your new home and answer any questions you might have, right down to how your heating and cooling system works.
